Soft Tube Filling & Sealing Machine

1. Characteristic:

TEH-40 is specially designed by Ever Green Group. Easy and pinpoint to filling, sealing and orientation for soft tube. Simple operator, and rational structure to get the highest capacity achieves 45 piece per minute.

2. Operation process:

1. Orientation
   The tube rise and spin, it will stop until the registration mark scanner aim at the color mark, and then back down. If the registration mark scanner still can't aim at the color mark after the tube spin process. The tube will back down, and it will not filling and sealing in aid avoids influence the production speed.
2. Filling
   Tube rise to a short distance to let the nozzle inside the tube. To ensure air free. Tube descends when filling in process.
3. End sealing
   Melt the 10mm depth internal area with a hot air gun, in this case the outside surface isn't damnified. And then clamp the melting end and press the number code on it.
4. End trimming
   Cut the extra part of the end after it has been melted.
5. Eject
   When finished cutting, the tube will push out, and slide to outside of machine.
